问题现象描述：软件提示无法连接仪器，电脑无法控制光谱仪。

应用背景知识：常见的分析仪器主机和电脑之间通讯方式有标准串口（RS232）、以太网、USB 接口、GPIB接口等等。如果通讯异常通常会造成无法进入软件、测试软件卡死、无法得出测试数据等故障。

现场服务方案：工程师现场检查设备串口，拔插并清洁金手指后故障仍然存在，更换新的串口卡后正常，没有更换任何配件就恢复了设备。

工程师小贴士：光谱仪是精密检测仪器，建议客户定期保养仪器，从而在根源上排除一些隐患，减少仪器当机时间。
